Everything was superb. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We brought our baby and everyone was very helpful.

The food was outstanding. Great value. Staff was VERY friendly, as so were the owners. Very personable. Ski in and out perfect location. Great massage. Outdoor pool was great overlooking the slopes. And the wellness area was clean and had great extra touches (like the tea station with snacks and customizable water). At 3pm they served a snack buffet that was really awesome. Booked on a whim but definitely would come back to Obertauern just for this hotel. Outstanding.

Very clean, great location close to shops and slopes

Wonderful location with easy access to ski slopes. Started all days early complete with energy storage from the excellent breakfast buffet and ended the days relaxing in the spa and with a good dinner from the same cuisine. We did not do much research before we arrived, and booked only shortly before arriving, extremely pleasant with the gem of a hotel we got.

Excellent location for skiers. 5 min walk to the slopes.

The owners and the staff care about each visitor. For example, on the departure day they gave me a lift in a private car to my bus departure location so I don’t need to walk with my ski bag.

The room was very comfortable, breakfast was great. The host, Harald, was very attentive to our requests.

It’s a beautiful hotel in every way. The ski lockers were very convenient and the property is well situated.
