Everything! Exceptional stay. First, the staff from each department was beyond amazing with their service and care. The front desk personal were so kind with my parents and caring. The restaurant staff service and attention were extrordinary. Second, the hotel facilities are spectacular and modern, our room was very big, and the beds very comfortable. Finally, for transportation to the Brussels airport you have the option by taxi or shuttle bus and the distance is less than 10 min. In addition, tbis hotel is within 6 min walking distance to Diagem train station so you can connect with Brussels North, central or midi in less than 10 minutes. Definitely is a property to come back!

Very convenient for the work purpose that we had to attend. The course was organized in the lobby of the hotel so we just had to descend. What’s more, we also had an update for our room, which is always nice. The hotels in this chain are always so beautifully decorated and have a particular, warm ambiance that’s so special.

Convenient Location right at the airport. Took the train to location and it was convenient to reach the hotel from there.

Comfortable bed, tea-pot, towels, mini-refregerator for short stay. If you want to visit Center of Brussels, that's the best option ever! Train station 2min from the hotel and train stops exactly right here. Shuttle bus to/from airport is included (Every 30 min to/from airport: sharp and half ex nh and every 15/45 min from airport). At the reception you'll get all info needed, map of Brussels and some advises as well.

Rooms were great, friendly staff Emma was helpful with all the questions and Nina helped me with close by Italian restaurant walking distance of Hotel, will stay again.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

We arrived earlier than 15:00 and the staff let us check in around 13:00. After a long flight it was the best thing that could happen to us. Thanks a lot!

The property was spotless clean and the host was very friendly and gave the best for the comfort of the guest. The location is great and calm and in a short drive distance to the Brussels center.

Beautiful Room and Cosy Hotel

magnificent location, the best place to stay if you want to blend a trip to Brussels and having access to a super nice gym + spa.

Very nice mini-hotel that also has a fitness room and breakfast room and in-room small kitchen. Great location near Parc Cinquantennaire and all public transport options. Very friendly / accommodating staff.

The location was perfect and the apartment had all what we needed. We had a great time there and the staff was so so nice.

So many amenities! Also beautiful reception hall and I loved to be able to run a little bit on the treadmill in the fitness room

I liked everything- the hotel is beautiful, the room was spacey, everything was super clean and the bed was super comfy. I also liked the area so much because it is very calm. The location is perfect (very central), and metro is basically around the corner. The balcony was facing a park across the hotel, so I really enjoyed the view. I will def come back here next time I am in Brussels.

The facilities are clean and elegant, the breakfast and restaurant food is exceptional, and the staff at the reception and the bar/restaurant is very helpful and resourceful. .
