Very easy to access via uber from airport, great pool and breakfast, was easy to walk to supermarket and a few shops as well as to the lake path. Great views!

I loved everything there. The staff is absolutely helpful and professional including one lady named Neuta, she made my stay there even more special. The breakfast was perfect. The food was delicious. The cleanliness impeccable and the view on the 6th floor of the lagoon unforgettable. I would go back and stay there again. Wonderful and unique experience!

Front desk was very helpful but Rose 🌸was super attentive . The beauty shop for massage and hair was great! Fidelis (hair) and Cynthia (reflexology). Very attentive , warm and professional staff.

Location is nice, in front of the Pampulha lake, so the views are nice and you can go for an exercise around the lake in the morning or late afternoon. Staff was friendly and assisted with most of the needs I had during my stay.
