Great location, beautiful view from the 46th floor even with the landmark of the Raffles Hotel in plain sight. Attentive and caring staff, we had a great experience!

Really professional and quick service, breakfast was also good. The hotel is situated right next to one of the main shopping areas, and close to the subway. When we got our room, it smelled like cigarettes, even though we booked a non-smoking room. When we brought this up with the front desk, they immediately allowed us to view other rooms to judge whether others were better in our view. We switched then rooms. They also offered help with switching, but we didn't have a lot of luggage, so we refused. A cute little robot brought us our second room card, which was also really fun to see.

The hotel is very clean, and there are loads of shops and restaurants around the hotel, as well as metro stations. The best part was the beautiful view at night.

Everything was good: the room was clean and comfortable, included breakfast buffet varied in every aspect with variety of dishes. Most important, hotel staff was caring and welcoming. Thank you!

Spacious apartment, with a large living space and separate bedroom with very comfy king bed - perfect also for a couple, but even alone, you can fully relax here after a long day of exploring. Staff was always helpful, breakfast had (mostly) all varieties of food ready and was the location is perfect to reach the Jiefangbei Street within 20mins of walking. Would totally recommend!

The location and the staff were very helpful

This was my first time visiting Chongqing, and I couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Jiefangbei, within walking distance to some of the city’s best tourist attractions, shopping, and local eats. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any request. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing — whether it’s your first time or a return trip. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Atour hotel has far exceeded my expectation. The location was nice (opposite the main tourist areas), the room was special and filled with amenities, and the staff was exceptional. Our conceirge, Zhuzi, was really special and made the stay even more pleasent. She went and above to make sure we got enough what we needed and went an extra mile to ensure that we felt relaxed during our trip. Big thanks to Zhuzi!

The location is absolutely perfect, with great views from the apartment. The beds were comfortable, and the internet was fast. The train station is right outside the building, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The host was also very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. He made sure everything was okay and even waited for us when we arrived to go over everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay.
