The location was everything we had hoped for—tranquil, serene, perfect for families, and offering breathtaking views. Breakfast and dinner were nothing short of exceptional.

We really liked this place and had a wonderful stay. A few key highlights: - ​Outstanding Service: We received a warm welcome despite a late check-in, and they even organized an off-hours dinner for us. The staff was also incredibly attentive and helpful with small requests. - ​Dietary Care: They were amazing and very caring regarding dairy restrictions, which we truly appreciated. - ​Amenities & Comfort: The rooms are absolutely beautiful, convenient parking, a great location. - ​Wellness & Food: The Saunawelt and pools are amazing, the massage service was excellent, and the food throughout our stay was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel! It is a gem for people with dietary restrictions.

Alpenstadthotels was such a lovely hotel in Bad Reichenhall! I would absolutely stay here again! The room was great, the location was great, breakfast was delicious, etc.

We loved it there. Kids loved to bike to get fresh bakery goods in the morning and how spacious and homey the apartment was.

All was perfect. There is a gym with a daily- 10 euro/ weekly-30 euro entrance fee, 10 min drive away, "Clever fit". Also Nike and Adidas outlets within 5 min drive. Italian pizza and Burger king and a fancy Castello restaurant near by.

Beautiful views, convenient location only 5 mins away from the Thermas. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Great breakfast and the best help from the staff in a long time. Hope to be back!

I like Bad Reichenhall, It is a very cozy and picturesque place. Even if there weren't so many tourists oriented points around, I'd be getting pleasure just walking through this town. I like the Avalon hotel: its kind stuff, its cozy cafe on the ground floor, its warm atmosphere, and many, many other small things that leave a very pleasant impression. I'd especially express my thanks for disconnecting the rain detector from the marquis management system. This year, I had a chance to have a cigarette looking at the beautiful mountain view sitting on the balcony while it was raining..

Cute house with cute room, good location, close to Autobahn but not noisy at all. Breakfast is amazing and the hosts are super nice, help you with anything.
