The hotel staff was extremely on-point. They greeted me by name upon entrance to the hotel, had paperwork printed out for me specifically. That made the checking extremely easy. The receptionist had great suggestions for late-night take-out options, and even offered us silverware once we came back with our food. That's what caring about your guests actually looks like. The breakfast was very well stocked, diverse, and of high quality. Absolutely worth the money. The room had the crib, as we asked. And a huge, sturdy ventilator, to help with the summer heat. That was a very nice addition.

It was a great choice: all that we needed was available, the breakfast was good, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated close to the center and also close to interesting touristic spots.

The staff is exceptionally welcoming! A delightful little hotel in a historic building 500 years old. Greate location - in the centre of the historical part. There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the hotel on the square.

Top class receptionist, a true gentleman, very fluent communication and highly praisable manners. Raises the level of the hotel remarkably. Facilities good and clean. I must say one of the best pillows at this hotel, quite soft and not too stiff. Overall I would definitely recommend to stay here.
