Little hotel, not the fancy place, but so full of small little details that make you smile, from the amazing staff and attention to how breakfast and dinner are served. Comfy clean rooms, amazing lake views and delicious food. - The breakfast: small variety but tasting great, served in a great way and with a lot of attention from the staff - The young team of staff during afternoon-evening shift: Super nice, attentive and friendly. you are amazing, thanks a lot! - The restaurant chef during dinner is a master and the food was great. - The Fireplace-common room is a gem! With all sorts of drinks and amazing atmosphere it was a haven! We were there during spring but I believe in cold winters with a lot of snow it should be magical as well.

This was an exceptional experience. The Alte Muenze was the perfect location, the breakfast was good but the room was superb. We requested this particular room but they could not guarantee. We received the room and we were very happy. As we were checking in late, they gave us perfect instructions on how to receive the keys to our room, the parking area etc. Super helpful and friendly staff. A very idyllic and historic hotel - just positively different.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly (far better than in the four star hotels we stayed in recently).

Location is great and easily accessible. Host is very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed is a bit too soft for me. In general I and my family enjoyed the stay and definitely book this facility again next time.
