Beautiful place, we only stayed one night but it looked peaceful and nice. We parked in the garage and the check in was smooth. Big comfortable rooms. I like that it was prepared for the kids, crib, stool in the bathroom, cushion for the diaper changing.

Breakfast is great and plenty! Very good location(very close to train station);we admire its quite atmosphere(so different from most other hotels);wonderful surrounding, say, we can take a walk along the riverbank and enjoy seeing the sunset! The staffs are very kind, polite and helpful!

The room was spacious and comfy, the staff were really nice, and breakfast was delicious! Free Parking garage, I really recommend this hotel

Very comfortable hotel right by the lake. There is in indoor spa, plus a sauna boat on the lake itself, so you can jump in the lake for a swim. Nice terrace dining with lovely view. Dinner was good and breakfast was stellar. Friendly staff.

Very comfortable bed, clean room.. nice bathroom. Reception staff was great, very helpful. A few blocks from the nice quarter with restaurants and shops. Close to the bus stop & across the street from the street trams too. Thanks

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had a tea kettle. Loved the place and felt like in a fairytale!

The room was lovely, smelled really nice and welcoming. The hotel provided Nespresso capsules or high end tea facilities in the room. The bathroom was welcoming and the shower was excellent. Beds were exceptionally comfy. Breakfast was excellent with fresh ingredients though came with a steep Eur 21 per person. The hotel provides parking again at a Eur 20 charge, but considering it's Potsdam, it's OK. The hotel is situated at one of the gates just outside the old quarter with nice boutiques, restaurants or great bars (Fritzen ought to be on the visiting list if one likes quirky bars).

The historical building and square, the location - just on the Potsdam Brandenburger Tor (Brandenburg gate) and at the entrance to the old quarter of the city, the room, the breakfast.

The room was very well furnished, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was excellent. Overall, a really good stay, excellent value for money.

Great apartment with awesome views of the lake. Loved the location. Nice Italian restaurant and ice cream shop near by. Dutch Quarter is great. Loved the area. Wish we could have stayed longer and seen a German play at the Otto Theatre.

City getaway- ~45 minutes from South of Berlin. Smooth check-in at reception & responsive guest relations when issue addressed . Lots of sun . Outdoor pool area idyllic. ( when not too cold)

Studio apartment on the upper floor of a private house. Very clean, nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen area. Totally quiet, very friendly host, easy parking. Insect screens.
