Pros: Great welcome: The check-in with Xavi was very nice. He made my wife and me feel truly welcomed from the start. Post-checkout access: I really appreciated that they let us use the hotel facilities, including the pools, after checking out. Nice pool area: The pools are heated, making it a great place to lounge, relax, and enjoy good food, snacks, and drinks. Aesthetic design: It is a very nice boutique hotel with an attractive look and style. Good breakfast: The breakfast was high quality with a great variety of options.

We loved our stay there, we'll definitely come back. We got a family room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean, very modern, beds very comfy. We got the football field view that was actually entertaining :-D Staff was really caring, if we skipped the cleaning day they were checking in to see if everything was ok and if we need something, and we appreciated that very much. We travelled by car and having the shuttle service 24/7 to/from the parking (with a reduce price for hotel stays) was very convenient. We had a great experience overall. The male server who helped us at the pool bar was excellent—friendly, attentive, and really made a positive difference. He definitely deserves a 5-star mention. A special mention as well to the lifeguard at the pool—she was very attentive and took safety seriously, especially with children. I saw her handle a difficult situation calmly and professionally. She was doing a great job and deserves appreciation. Last of all, The factory restaurant, very very good as they said to us! so if you don't want to go out for dinner, it's a very good alternative!
