We had a great stay. Opted for the largest room while booking, the room size was generous, with plenty of space. The sunrise views from the balcony were the highlight of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable bed, a nice sofa. One small complaint is the bathroom floor is slippery when wet. Be careful. I had a few close calls... Breakfast was nice, with plenty of options in buffet and ala carte. Friendly staff, helpful. Parking is paid, but secured by locked fence door and cameras.

Facilities were excellent. Restaurant food very nice. Excellent location but you do need transport.

The pool area was great. Enjoyed a nice relaxing time after being a tourist. Nice breakfast included. The building was so beautiful and unique.

The breakfast includes eggs cooked to your liking on the spot, fresh squeezed OJ, apple juice, coffee, hot chocolate, mini croissants (chocolate, whole wheat, and regular), pastries (a rotation of lemon muffins, brownies, banana bread). Delicious breads, meats, and cheeses. Yogurt, fruit, cereal, jams. The paella dinner their award winning restaurant makes is really good as well. Great tomato fish tartar (a great citrusy flavor) and foie gras appetizer were so delicate and delicious. The hotels itself is a beautiful renovated 16th century stone house (farm house?). Charming communal siting area. I love the wooden beams. The pools and grounds are beautifully maintained. Just like the pictures. They provide you with pool towels. Quiet room, comfortable bed, bathtub and bidet. They kindly provided an iron upon request. Located next to the medieval cit of Pals, 13 min drive away from beaches, plenty more beaches a little bit further by car, 50 min to Girona, and supermarket 3 min drive. So many charming towns nearby. Visit Pubol and eat at Es!Carxofa, an amazing restaurant and cute, tiny, medieval town.

La Costa Hotel Beach & Resort is located on the Costa Brava, next to the beach and Platja de Pals Golf Course. It offers an outdoor pool and fitness center.
