The Room was spacious. The rooftop pool, lounge is beautiful. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel restaurant. Our visit was at the beginning of October and the area was definitely not as busy as usual, which actually made for a very nice relaxing day and evening.

Located in Altafulla and 2 minutes' walk away to the nearest beach, Altafulla Mar Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and an on site restaurant.

It was perfect for my family. Clean and great atention. Child friendly spaces also. Breakfast amazing and very good restaurant (Aromatic).

Gran Claustre is in the historic center of Altafulla, near Tarragona, 15 minutes' walk from a sandy beach. It offers an outdoor pool and rooftop terrace with beautiful views.

We stayed in the off season so not everything was open but enough that we were comfortable and more than enough. We enjoyed the proximity to the ocean while having our little place of our own. I would highly recommend this in off season.

Possibly the nicest Spanish hotel we have stayed in. We had a lovely room with all the facilities you could want, including a super-comfortable bed with choice of pillows. Plenty of places to sit out and enjoy a glass of cava in the delightful grounds and the restaurant was great value with delicious food. The food was better than in the one star Michelin restaurant we visited in France the night before and about a third of the price! There’s a super wine list too. The staff could not have been more helpful. The location is fairly remote so you need a car to get into Tarragona but it means it has plenty of secure parking and is literally two minutes off the motorway and so a great stop-off if, like us, you’re on your way South. Highly recommended.

Estival Maramar is located on Coma-Ruga Beach, just outside the resort center. This hotel features a spa, 2 seasonal swimming pools and rooms with balconies.

Everything was brand new. And from what we were told, prices will be going up. We paid roughly $125 a day which included an hour of jacuzzi and steam room as well as an amazing breakfast. If you can grab it for $125, well worth the deal.

Just 5 minutes’ drive from the center of Tarragona, Tarraco Park Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool and elegant rooms with free wired internet.
