Very comfortable hotel room, quiet and ideal for a transit stay on the way north to home. Everything was great.

The room was very comfortable, stylish and with ample space.

The room looks clean, smells clean and big, the staff are friendly. The bed is firm and comfortable, ideal for my bad back. Food in the restaurant are good, we had excellent ribeye. Fish with prawns tastes good too. We feel really rested, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night as it was just for a stop over on a long roadtrip, we didn't get the chance to use the spa. We would definitely go back.

Safe underground parking. Facility and room were in good and clean condition incl. small fridge. 24 minute walk to city center is not too pleasant but ok.

It was very pet friendly . Our Golden was allowed to enter the cafeteria but not the restaurant.

This hotel was excellent as such 4 star level, room, comfortness, staffs hospitalities, cafe food ! However, hotel is located just out-skirt of Valladolid city downtown, so quiet but none just next to this hotel. Next day we visited once again to old town of Valladolid, however, we need to park outside the old town until noon, as the city marathon was held along the historical streets. However, we could enjoyed this hotel and Valladolid old town, Museo Carvantes, Plaza Mayor, Iglesia de San Pable, Santa Maria, Catedral, and Tapas next to Catedral street !

Very elegant hotel with modest but working gym facilities. Location was perfect, near the center, but outside the touristy plaza, great customer service. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and a good size. The bathroom was clean and good sized as well. The location was good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The décor is truly beautiful, with unique mural paintings on the walls that give the space a warm, artistic feel. It made the entire atmosphere feel special and inviting. The room was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. One of my favorite features was the large bathtub—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The staff were also very kind and welcoming, always helpful and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a charming and comfortable place to stay, with thoughtful design and great attention to cleanliness. I would definitely return.
