It was nice and the breakfast was really good

Lovely hotel in a perfect location, walking to the shops.

The property was easy to find, very close to public transport and the centre of the city. It was about a 4 minute walk to the Belfast City Hall and the main shopping area. It also had an onsite restaurant and cafe. The bed was comfortable and extra pillows were available in the room. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel, but thoroughly enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Would definitely stay at this hotel if ever in Belfast again.

Clean comfortable and good location.

The room, the common area, the restaurants; they are all great. The staff is friendly and caring. It really brings you into the Titanic atmosphere.

Super kind and helpful staff.

We liked everything. Descreet polite check in, just ask for any additional services - hotel will do. You basicaly get a small apartment: big shower with towells and toiletries. Kitchen. Office/leisure area by the window with sofa and table. Big bed with comfy mattress. City center with view to ex-church aka conference center now in our case. Downstairs there is a great bar. Always popular and busy. Just around the corner- great historical pub. 11 out of 10

Brogan was fantastic and helped me put up banners and balloons in the room for my boyfriends birthday she was a star and even gave him a complimentary drink as a birthday present. She was a credit to your hotel!

Just stayed a quick night but everything was satisfying. Location, cleanliness, value, all fine. The included breakfast setup was convenient, each floor has a kitchen where you help yourself. Offerings included the basics like toast, cheese, fruit, coffee, good enough to start the day. The room has an electric kettle well-supplied with coffee, tea and real creamers, nice touch that they include a couple Biscoff cookies.

Nicely heated rooms upon arriving soaked from the rain. Very nice old building. The creative doorknobs did not go unnoticed.

The room and bathroom were very clean. There was a fridge, utensils and plates available in the room, very helpful for a few days stay!

Central location and very comfortable

Perfect location right in the centre of Belfast. Near all my favourite old haunts from when I lived there. The staff was helpful, pleasant and funny. Will definitely book again!

There were toilets on each level, so no fighting to get in one. The price was great. The beds were comfortable. It was very clean. It's in a quiet neighborhood.

This was very centrally located located – easy to walk to St. George’s market, the Titanic, and city Center. Everything you needed was supplied.

Near amenities.. and also near tour bus pickup spot.

The location was perfect - very clos to the central station, so very convenient for any transfers. The staff were very friendly and supportive. The room was good as well with a lot of room space.
