We were amazed by the staff, there was nothing to big or small, from the moment we walked in until we left 3 days later they were constantly making our stay wonderful. Special mention to Martine and Dimitris, also to the reception team and coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the spa facilities at Casaly were perfect for us. We cannot more highly recommend Canale, Casaly and Costa Costa beach club. Thank you all so much!

You must stay at The “L” Suites & Apartments. Book now! Here’s why: The location is perfect - centrally located between Lassi and Argostoli, with the option to travel to either in 10 minutes or less. The resort is absolutely beautiful - the room, the views, the pool area, the lobby/bar. Everything feels and looks luxurious. Our room was upgraded when we arrived for no reason at all. The staff is beyond amazing. Their attention to detail. Their customer service. Impeccable. I have traveled quite a lot, and have never experienced this kind of service and care - even from international all-inclusive resorts. They understand hospitality and treat you the exact way they’d want to be treated if they were hotel guests. This includes owners and staff - getting walked to the room, breakfast, pool service, dinner service, bar service, housekeeping, etc. All of it is exceptional. Breakfast is included daily, lots of options and the food is delicious. Drinks and food are available to order pool side. Prices are very reasonable. You can also sit and eat (lunch/dinner) and drink inside/at the bar. The pizza is very good!!! Such a nice feeling to be able to get a good meal/drink without traveling to the city. And because of all of that, the stay feels more like an experience than it does just a hotel room you are staying in for a few days. I did not want to leave. Lastly, when our flight was canceled, the owners went above and beyond to help us. They helped us find our way to athens, make new travel plans, book taxis, and even gave us a ride after returning our rental car. They care about people and exceed the obligations of your standard hotel owners. Plus, they’re wonderful to talk to! You won’t regret your stay, I guarantee it.

Location, cleanliness, modern. Perfect spot a block from the water and in the middle of town next to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff with a great breakfast. AC was strong and room was spacious

We had a standard room and it was very clean (got cleaned daily)and spacious. The breakfast options were plenty to choose from sweet to salty and the location was in the center near main streets making it perfect to go out in the evenings with no car. Staff was very friendly, everyone spoke english quite well and ready to help at any time.
