Beautiful family resort. Everyone was kind and responsive to any need we had.

First of all, I want to say that the property, at least on the rate I booked it on, proved to be very good value for my money. It was spacious, had most of the kitchen appliances one would need to prepare a meal, and literally is first house to the beach. The beach itself (Fabrika beach) is picturesque. Also, you can park your car comfortably outside the house, so no need for anyone to worry about that. Ermoupoli, the main town of the island, is a comfortable 10-minute drive away. I don't have much more to add regarding the apartment, other than all-in-all we were very pleased with our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The grounds are beautiful. The services are top notch and the staff is among the best we have experienced - courteous, friendly, helpful, engaging.

The location was perfect for exploring Syros, and there's a swimming platform nearby with amazing views of the coastline, the hotel has beach towels if you ask! There's a bus stop in front of this property. Breakfast features a large assortment of fresh fruits, spinach and cheese pie, breads, eggs, fresh orange juice, and many other delicious items. And we loved dining on the outdoor terrace that has sublime seaviews. Our favourite staff member was the lovely young woman who served the breakfast. She was always smiling, helpful, and friendly. Our room was very small but the glorious sea view we had on the 2nd floor compensated. We stayed for a week (we did miss having extraroom and a kitchen for a week long stay). There's also an elevator to the 2nd floor. Beds were firm but comfortable and we had no problem sleeping. It was quiet at night. Our room was very clean and housekeeping was daily. Wonderful shower. There was a wardrobe to hang clothes and a safe.. We noticed that the bathroom walls could use a fresh coat of paint. But help was always available: when our bolt didn't work on our door, it was fixed immediately. There's also a coffee shop where you can purchase beverages. We really loved this hotel: the beautiful architecture, the location was easy walking distance to town, and a 20 minute walk from the port. It's a historical building that has gorgeous architectural features. It's beautiful and charming (and quirky too) boutique hotel. It's very special. Oh, and the WiFi was great. We'd return in a heartbeat!

The proximity to Galissas beach, the pool for the kids, tasty good food, the very friendly personnel
