Everything was clean and perfect.

Beautiful room, with lovely balcony overlooking sea! Huge room and bath, with all the extras. Perfect location, great breakfast and friendly staff. Love a small hotel like this! Also great to have parking.

Quiet, close to Opatija ruviera, outstanding broadwalk.

We had all meals included with drinks. Delicious buffet for all meals with plenty options: fish, meat, vegetables, fruits, cakes... Gorgeous view on the sea from room and pool. Peaceful area around hotel, perfect place to take good rest. New hotel, opened in 2017. 2 km far away from Opatija, connected with Lungomare promenade by the sea.

Great location with good dining options on site. Nearby beach attached was very covenient

Mountain side is very calm and quiet Nice buffet breakfast and dinner Central location in Lovran Wonderful Lungomare pathway long 10 km near to sea. Reached Opatija in 70 minutes with faster walk.

Breakfast was excellent with professional layout (cheese, meats, vegetables, fruits, juice, dairy, cereals, breads, coffees, and etc.), all fresh and eggs cooked as requested. Had a great view of the Adriatic Sea. Companion had exquisite massage on site after seeing sign. TUK TUK transportation available and recommend you reserve in advance. Nada and Goran are super friendly hosts, and straightforward and honest with their communications.

Loved our stay here! Rooms and view were just beautiful. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Short walk from town and everything needed!

The sea view was beautiful. Extremely clean and comfortable room. The owners were very pleasant and available for any kind of request or information. The breakfast was delicious. The whole experience was the touch of the art, personalized and tasty in line with Lovran and Lungomare history modified just enough to be a marvelous experience of today.

The greenery of the garden, the blackbirds, the quality of tap water, the table on the terrace... the kindness of our host ...

Large apartment to relax in. Close to supermarket so could cook dinner. Secure storage for bicycles. Host left beers and water in the fridge. Excellent shower. Bonus was that 5 men in the restaurant were singing Croatian songs at their table in the evening. We could hear it from the apartment and it was so good we went for a drink in the restaurant to listen.
