It's a brand new hotel, like, a 10-minute walk from tram line 1, which takes you right into the city center or straight to Tvrđa. There's a Mlinar bakery right across the street, and a little grocery store downstairs, which is super handy since the hotel doesn't do breakfast. Plus, there's a coffee machine in the room, and they refill the Nespresso capsules every day. Everything's super clean, I have no complaints at all.

The apartment was clean and well supplied. We were able to walk into the center of town. We had to park in the nearby parking structure but the pass card provided by our host made it free. We were able to load and unload our luggage by stopping in a no parking spot nearby. Osijek is a nice town.

The staff’s kindness truly stands out everyone is extremely attentive and helpful, with special praise for Renato at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful. The cleanliness is excellent, and we especially appreciated their green concept: if you choose not to have your room cleaned, you receive a complimentary drink at the reception. It’s clear that sustainability is taken seriously and genuinely practiced. The location is beautiful, right by the water, which makes breakfast a special experience. The restaurant is fully glassed and offers a direct view of the river. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, so much so that you don’t feel like leaving the room.

Very cozy, clean and has everything you might need. Modern fixtures, floor heating, big closet. This place has dishwasher and washing machine. Also the bed is king size not queen as said in description. Mattress is very comfortable.

Room was very clean & comfort, staff is polite and helpfull and breakfest is excellent. 10/10

Very nice place in great location, super friendly staff

The apartment is awesome! It is clean, spacious, well equipped, easily accessible, and has an excellent location. The host even left some nice fruits in the fridge, coffee, and tea. Our stay was really great. We loved the communication from the owner. Their approach to details, directions, and professionalism is top-notch. And lastly, the parking area is great, as it is safely inside the closed gate building's area, reserved parking spot.
