We liked everything and mostly the super kind and attentive staff. We appreciated the availability of the staff in the restaurant and at reception, the great care of our housekeeper Obi: the cleanliness and the little towel animals awaiting us every day on coming back to the room in the evening :). Food was good, spa center- exceptional and the pool and gym were nice too. It is just next door to Waterbom Aquapark, which was great for us. I was surprised by a kind gesture and treat for my birthday on the restaurant and the towel cake in my room made by Obi :)

Very nice hotel, close to Bali airport. Excellent value for money. Our flight was delayed till 1 AM and without asking us they offered us complimentary shuttle from the airport. Very nice staff and amazing rooftop pool.
