Firstly the place was extremely clean and neat. The staff were friendly and greet you whenever they see you. They were always there to assist you whenever you need something, my request was also met . As a solo traveller I requested for a queen size bed and was met...the food was so delicious... overall best

Clean Teh facility is kind of old but it is maintained. Easy to ask for help from front desk and maintenance This is worth my money!

The hotel is very well laid out - it is easy to find a quiet spot without too many other people around. The food is also very good quality and very reasonably priced. The spa facilities are great - I had a fantastic massage, facial and the best foot massage that I have ever had! I have sensitive skin but the facial was very calming. The rooms are amazing and very spacious and all the toiletries provided meant that I didn't have to bring these with me.

The room is clean. The staffs are nice. The hotel is near the ferry center.

Nice place for family to stay.. beside the mall

The reception staff was super lovely and helpful, room was big, clean and comfortable. Only a couple of minutes walk from the ferry port where there are lots of shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. The pool was great. Spa was great. Free breakfast was a treat! They provide free shuttles to/from the ferry terminal and downtown Batam. I really enjoyed my time at this property.

I was told there would be breakfast in the morning, but slept through breakfast. I was on a business trip so I really didn't have time for anything else. Nonetheless, you Hotel was everything I expected. Keep up the good work.

A perfect spot for a healing staycation. Loved the spacious balcony with fantastic views from the top of the hill — open, windy, and no blocking at all. Breakfast was surprisingly full of variety. I’ve been to Batam so many times but never knew this gem existed!

It's so comfortable to stay here. It's near to Nagoya Mall about 1.5km. The breakfast have much variety and it's enough for me.
