No complaints whatsoever. Staff was great (all of the staff). centrally located but quiet. I can imagine how summers would be much more active, but this quiet, beautiful setting is what we were looking for at this time.

Location, beautiful facilities, superb breakfast, shuttle service to the city, comfortable bed, spa, comfortable and elegant common areas but above all the kindness of the staff. They did everything in their power to assist us always with kindness and a big smile. We would like to thank the staff at the reception for the big effort to assist us with something we left behind they really went the extra mile. We will definitely come back to Palazzo Piccolomini.

Great location just outside Orvieto, quite close to campo del fiori parking where you can take the elevator up to the old city. Very convenient. Apartment is comfortable and clean and the host was very communicative and polite.

The 16th-century Hotel Villa Ciconia offers an outdoor pool set in gardens overlooking the Chiani River. It is 1.2 mi from the A1 Motorway exit and 1 hours' drive from Rome.
