We visited the hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Everything was clean and well-organized, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. The pool was great, although the water was a bit cold, but we still enjoyed it. Other than that, everything was very good and we were satisfied with our stay. We would recommend it.

The staff is nice, everything is very clean, very good btlreakfast, alswimming pools. Besides, tried fantastic panciotti for dinner, the portion is small, but the taste is fantastic. Also tried rhe best semifredo everr, was wirh peach.

I have stayed in this hotel several times during the last approximately 10 - 15? years, and I very much appreciate its keeping up the good quality and the personal style - honest, nothing fake the staff has always made me feel welcome and special the location near the railway station is very convenient for me I like the traditional comfort the hotel offers; I do not appreciate continuous renovations or unnecessary showy details I appreciate the spacious bathroom and the balcony I like the simple safe with a key and the ever important whole body size mirror to see your shoes the breakfast is very substantial with good quality ingredients and served nicely in a large dining room there is a charming little bar open late in the evening for coffee/drinks; I am out all day so have no experience about meals the garden in the front is spacious with places to sit in the shade

Well maintained with good facilities, friendly and professional staff. It’s a bit far from the train station if you want to walk, but not impossible. A great place to get away. They are very accommodating to anyone needing a gluten-free diet. Overall and excellent hotel and spa.

Room was quite luxurious. Thermal pools were very relaxing.

We booked here for the thermal pool and weren't disappointed! Even though it was cold outside when we went, the pool was a lovely temperature and we spent a few hours there each day. The children loved it! Don't forget a cap though (they do have them in the bathrooms). We had 2 rooms - both were huge and looked out over the pool. The bathrooms were spacious and one had a separate dressing area. The balconies were also large. All 4 of us could easily eat out there, overlooking the pool and hills beyond. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was plentiful. We also liked the town of Abano Terme - very relaxed, but close to Vicenza.

The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We happened to be there the day of Italy’s biggest summer festival, and we had booked ahead for dinner at the hotel. The staff had arranged a party, with live music, outside by the pool. It was magical. The food was excellent, the service was outstanding. We speak only a little Italian; the staff went out of its way to explain things in English throughout our stay. Every single person we interacted with was so welcoming that we felt happy just being there. The accommodations were clean, quiet, and very comfortable.

Everything was perfect! VERY clean, lovely and helpful staff. A bit out of town which is a big plus, all one sees are the lush green Euganei Hills all around. Outside area is stunningly landscaped and surrounds the outside pools, you have the feeling you are in a private oasis. There is a practice area for golf, small fee to rent clubs. Pools are impeccable and spotless. Massages terrific and reasonable. Lovely bistro. Dinner buffet OK set in a lovely dining room. Try the local wines. Dog friendly.

Breakfast was delicious! Lunch and dinner were absolutely fantastic! The pools were perfect! The entire hotel was reallyyyyyyyy clean!

The food in the restaiurant was very good. There was so much to do on the property from the pools, the sauna and steam rooms. Plenty of places to just relax. The spa was amazing. I had a sage mud treatment and a massage that were incredible. The woman who gave me my massage was named Andrea and she was great!
