Simple room but very large. We had lovely balcony. Staff all helpful

U get what u paid for, the staff need to be more welcoming and nicer.

Very clean and nice They are still completing the building so my ratings were reduced some for that reason

Superb location, next to the Maradona stadium, close to the Campi Flegrei train station Lots of free parking space Beautiful interiors. Simple yet very elegant Professional staff Quality food at breakfast Coffee is very strong (it may be a negative for some) Efficient cleaning, and good amenities in the room Bidet!

The hotel is a wonderful place to stay! The staff, especially Sergio, are accommodating and friendly. Now, it is in Pozzouli, so take into account it is surrounded by volcanos. A sign at the door alerts you very cleverly, that you might smell odors ( Sulphur) and you might feel the ground move. The smell was there, but not bothersome. We did not feel the ground move during our stay! We had a sea view which I highly recommend! It is stunning. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds.

I checked into a surprise even at the lunch and it made my stay awesome and a beautiful evening

Everything, from the moment I was greeted at reception to being shown my room. The room is beautiful - clean and well appointed. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and well maintained

The views are amazing! Our room was lovely with a small balcony that looked over the harbor. The restaurant was fabulous and so we dined there two nights.

Great location, clean rooms and wonderful customer service

Our room was huge and comfy. The bed was great. Being at a train station was incredibly convenient, just a few stops to the center of things and near to restaurants. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of delicious and local delicacies. The staff was helpful and friendly to us.

Very modern, clean, comfortable beds, staff were so friendly and helpful Hotel high up the side of a mountain with amazing views .. Provided a free shuttle bus from hotel to train station for trip into Naples .. picked us up again whenever we wanted to return We travelled with our adult son w/Autism.. had a very large room separated into 2 smaller rooms each w/queen size bed Breakfast included each morning always with a cup of freshly made caffe latte (or whatever was preferred) .. too many cakes and pastries for our taste ;we are not morning pastry eaters) .. also included yogurt, hard boiled eggs, croissants, cheese & meats. No Fruit. Very reasonably priced .. especially after prices in Rome

Everything was wonderful. The room. The staff. The views. The pool. My husband and I can‘t wait for a chance to return.
