The hotel staff were exceptional. Every person working in the hotel from the front desk, to the wait staff, to the cleaning crew were friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification on travel, the staff were very helpful and followed up with us to ensure that our needs were met. Staff highly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean and located in a central area where most attractions are within walking distance and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend this hotel!

We were only at the hotel for a short 1 night, but the rooms were really nice and had all amenities required for a few days stay. The staff were very polite and helpful regarding directions for a nice coffee and croissant! Lastly the railway station was literally down the road which gave us easy access to the train the next morning to Sauze D’oulx

Great location, room and hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable beds, bathroom with bathtub. We only stayed one night, it is a little far from the airport. Nice guys at the reception, one of them gave my dauthers a little teddy bear from Novotel. It was a small gesture, we really appreciated and the girls loved their new teddy bears.

The room was welcoming, clean and we got an additional air conditioning to help with the heat. The breakfast is full of variety and of good quality. As an additional plus, we would like to thank the hotel personnel for calling us and ensuring that we got the things we forgot in the room. We would go back there for sure.

Amazing building, and ample rooms.

The staff was great, everyone was very helpful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. The hotel is in a great location and having a supermarket just steps away was a big plus. I will be going back to this hotel next time I visit Torino.

The front desk staff were all incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the small lounge/bar in the front lobby and the breakfast was fantastic.

Clever use of space, albeit a small bedroom, but an upstairs with presumably a pullout sofe, good sized television and a second bathroom.

Central and close to the railway station and centre of the city. Exceptional hotel, beautiful in all aspects. It made us feel special.

A boutique hotel in the true sense of the word. Very compact, with exceptional attention to every detail and a great deal of care for guests. Comfortable sleep: orthopedic mattresses, natural bed linen, and peace and quiet. Strong water pressure, a convenient bathroom, and a wide counter by the sink. The location is excellent: close to the most central squares and the best restaurants, yet still quiet. The hotel also has its own parking. There were three of us, and we asked for rooms close to each other — everything was arranged even better than we could have expected. Breakfast includes several healthy options. It is worth the money. Without a doubt, the next time we come to Turin, we will stay only here.

Each time I go I finish my stay with a wonderful feeling , it’s a very good hotel that I recommend it for everybody , all staff are more than excellent , and the internal ambiance is full of joy and amazing hospitality.

Our room was spacious and the appointments of the room excellent. The room was cleaned and straightened every day, and towels refreshed. The breakfast was a delicious treat and Maria, who attended to hotel clients was gracious, efficient and thoughtful. The front desk staff were very helpful in directing us to important sights as well as making dinner reservations for us. The main train station was literally across the street, but not noisy.

A nice clean apartment in a great location very close to the train station. I like that this is an apartment-hotel with a 24 hour reception so you have the comfort of knowing someone will be there to assist you if need be. I checked in around 10 at night and the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, meeting us with a cordial greeting after a long day of travel. This will be my first choice on any return trip to Torino.

We only stayed the night on our way to Liguria but had a great stay. The staff was excellent, they really took care of us. We were really happy about the breakfast. It's also in a quieter neighborhood, which is still within walking distance to Basilica di Maria Ausiliatrice and Porta Palazzo.
