Location is convenient, market and restaurant just beside the hotel. Staff also very polite. Overall good stay experience here.

Location! Hotel is walking distance from the morning market and the malls. Loved that there are food vendors right across the street. The bus station is down the street. The rooms are very clean. Housekeeper staff was very helpful and prompt with request. The breakfast was good, there are varieties and also a noodle soup station. Wish we would've had more time to enjoy the hotel amenities like the pool and gym.

It was very near the night market and river walk. The breakfast was perfect with fresh fruit and plenty of choices for me. The coffee was perfect. The room was clean and a very comfortable bed

The hotel is conveniently located near the center, and the manager is really helpful. When I needed to fix my bag, they even sent someone with me to find a shop, which took about 3 hours. The mattresses in the room were comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise considering I've often found them to be too hard in other hotels during my stays in Cambodia and Laos.

Everything. This hotel is beautiful the rooms and facility have a 1940s feel. The terrace for each sweet is beautiful. The location is great close to the night markets and so many other attractions The staff was wonderful the young lady, I believe her name is Malory, at the front desk was so helpful and checked us in early as well as help us with directions and getting a cab and making recommendations where to go. On the last day our key card didn’t work but she got it fixed quickly and had maintenance come to replace the batteries to the lock. I highly recommend including their breakfast as your first meal of the day. Again perfect service and great food. I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel. I will definitely stay here again. I would rate it higher if I could. Thank you.

The staff was incredible and friendly! The upstairs rooftop restaurant and bar is spectacular! The restaurant below is also a gem!!
