Apartment was big with amazing views. Apartment has absolutely everything you need. Pool and beach are nice. Truly luxury stay!

Everything was amazing; new comfortable room with all necessary things, big bed, new shower, AC, small kitchen etc. Breakfast was delicious. Pool and views are amazing, nice food at the restaurant and bar. The hotel is a bit away from Kotor, so there are not many people around and perfect for families and people who are looking for quiet resting.

The interior of the hotel is highly distinctive. The rooms provide a beautiful view of Bay of Kotor, and cleanliness is added value. Towels and bedsheets smells so good, wonderful aromas👌 The service is outstanding; they assisted us with beach and restaurants reservations. So responsive and cordial in communication. The manager, Luka, was very polite and expedite. He helped us to make all the reservations. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is very uniquely designed. Wonderful experience 👏

One of the best places we've ever stayed at. The complex is brand new, so you're getting apartments that are barely used. Apartments are well equipped, big balcony with good views! The pool area is great with very comfy sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff is very helpful, and always present on premises. Room service available on a daily basis if you need that. Plenty of space for parking. Few small shops and decent restaurants within 5 min walking distance. The area is way less crowded compared to the bigger towns around the bay.

The view is absolutely stunning. The host was very helpful and nice. The place was clean and very comfortable. We really liked the private quay so we could be near the water. We really enjoyed our stay.

There's is a reason why I keep coming back. Apartment Marija is wonderful. I would recommend it if we were satisfied with the service and room itself. You'll not regret it. It is clean and comfortable. The air con is strong, which is great for the summer heat. It overlooks the town square, but we didn't find it noisy. It is close to the restaurants by the water, and the parking is easy and close by. The owner, Pavic, is very warm and friendly; more importantly, he speaks good English. Going to Kotor is easy, for there is a bus nearby that will take you for 1.5 EUR per person, (the driver will give you change for small bills). The ride takes about 35 min if traffic is good, and you can admire the scenery along the way. You will most likely get seats because the bus starts from this town, Risan, to Kotor. Risan is a quiet town, perfect spot to take day trips to see other places.

Spacious apartment, very responsive owner (by phone/WhatsApp), nice pool to cool off. Located on a hill with partly unpacked road, something to take into account if your are traveling by heavy non-4WD car.

Wonderful property, bright, spacious, spectacular views all over! Extremely clean and comfortable, the location could not have been better. The apartment is very practical for families. Perast is beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and Stefani went far and beyond to make our holiday truly special. I would come back to Montenegro just to stay at this property again.

Possibly one of the best locations in Perast. Fantastic room, with a great shower and very comfortable bed. The views over the bay as the village wakes up in the morning and then settles down for the night are stunning. We are light sleepers but no issues with noise. Great breakfast in the morning, right at the waters edge. Brother of the owner does boat trips on the bay. I would highly recommend, he was very entertaining, knowledgeable and lover telling us about the bay and its history.

First of all - Marko is an AMAZING host. My spouse and I arrived one day early due to a planning error on our own part; Marko was extremely accommodating and helpful in trying to find us somewhere to stay for that first night (his hotel was fully booked at the time). It seems he's close friends with every single person in Perast, and in the end he found us a place to stay for the night (mind you, at a perfectly fair and reasonable price). Throughout our stay Marko and his wife were incredibly attentive to our every need, and gave us valuable and in-depth information about everything there is to do in and around Perast. The room we stayed in was spacious, quiet, super clean, and comfortably cool due to the AC. The view of the bay and the little harbor was fantastic too. Absolutely spectacular service; we cannot recommend it enough. 10/10!

Super, friendly hosts. Cool (even in the heat of the afternoon,) comfortable space. Fabulous location in the heart of Perast. Amazing view from the terrace. Wish I could have stayed longer!
