Everything was so cool and clean, people at restaurants and facilities are super kind. Special thanks to Jovanni and Carlos at the snack bar :) you rock guys!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food was good. Our rooms were cleaned very well.

The food was authentic Mexican food, the fruit was fresh, the venue was outdoors if you wished.

This is a beautiful hotel. Well maintained and clean. The staff is wonderful and helpful. We very much enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property in the heart of Zihuatanejo, with exuberant gardens, nice pool and access to beach. Our room with lovely terrace (views to the beach, sun beds and an hamaca!!). Wonderful vibes of a small and quaint hotel, but with walking access to the community and many dining options. Restaurant delicious, both for breakfast and dinner. Service phenomenal, friendly and helpful. Reserved tour to see whales and snorkeling, and relaxing massages in spa.

We booked it for the location and view but will return for the staff. From our being received , to our bags being delivered to our room and the restaurant staff that first meal, we felt special. The location is perfect!

Clean, helpful, relaxing, quiet

Location is the best spot on Playa la Ropa. Restaurants is wonderful including the full breakfast options. Restaurant staff is very accomodating.
