It really is what it says on the box I wish we could stay here longer instead we have to be in Cancun but this place is great value for money to explore the ruins and see some nature and cenotes. The location is perfect if you have a car if you don't it's still quite central. The staff were lovely and the room was wonderful and well kept perfectly relaxing. Thank you guys great job! ♥️

This is a great place to stay in Valladolid. We stayed with a group of 10, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The property is nice and clean, and Luis and his team truly go above and beyond to take care of you. They provided the best tips for where to eat and what to do, ensuring we had a perfect stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

The room was large, nice with two proper beds and a shower with hot water. The location is perfect: close to the ADO and collectivos stations, close to Cénote Zaci, close to the main place. The staff was quite nice with us.

Friendly staff, very helpful in helping us organize trips and booking taxis. Short walk to main square and ADO bus station.

The home is located in a cute residential neighborhood and is about a 15 minute walk to the center of town, the perfect distance for a pre and post dinner stroll. Also, the host is a delight who spent time with us explaining the area on a map and making a number of helpful recommendations for excursions in the wider Valladolid area as well local restaurants to eat.
