Very accessible and near the convention center. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Building was very nice. Breakfast was ok but could be improved in terms of variety. But overall, staff was accommodating. The managers step in when they see their employees being overwhelmed with guests.

The team is very knowledgable to share travel tips on both the touristy and very local tips for discerning guest who wish to follow local footsteps. Thank to Amber & team for taking care of us even though it was a short stay. But the exemplary service left a deep lasting impression from recommending breakfast timing, the small chats, helping with the luggage and walk with us to the vehicle to sent us off. The service standard is really on par with big hotel group such as Raffles, Four Season, Capella and more. Once again thank you Amber & team for the hospitality. Will be back to Armenian during future visit! 😊

very nicely designed rooms with very friendly staff, providing us lots of tips and recommendations on where to go and visit. They are very helpful and can reach out to them easily via whatsapp for questions. they provide little local snacks each night for us to try. one thing i didn't read properly is that there is no TV in the room, but it was fine. we were watching on ipads and just chill in the room
