I always wanted to stay at this hotel in Voss because it's right next to the train station and gondola building, in the middle of the action. Easy checkin and checkout, front desk very friendly. Got a room with city view, other way from the train tracks. Great room size and confortable beds. The mattress was great. The bathroom was big and the shower worked just fine. Hot water any time of the day/night. Breakfast was the best part. They have a great buffet with everything: hot, cold, fruits, gluten free, sweets. All kinds of beverages in a very large saloon with tables that have views everywhere. I liked the breakfast in particular. Right outside you have the bus station and a nice view of the water front. I will choose this hotel again.

I spent 3 hours trying to get the keys, about to do new booking, very difficult to contact the owner, trying call numbers in booking in Oslo, UK and Denmark with no benefit! went to nearby hotel who knew the owner and called for me.

Everything is clean and new Very stylish with a playground and lounge for kids The breakfast is very very nice! With great variety of food Perfect location. It is just a minute to train station ( if you walk from the back door, it is connecting to the platform!) also to the cable car.

Amazing location, right next to the gondol to the ski resort, as well as the train and bus station, and the tourist information point. It overlooks the lake and mountains. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and high quality food for lunch and dinner. Spacious sauna and gym with weights and different machines with an amazing view over the lake. The beds were comfortable, the pillows too soft, but overall clean in a Scandinavian style.
