This is my second time visiting this hotel and I will never stay anywhere else in Pokhara. Upon arriving the wonderful manager remembered that I had been there and said "welcome back". This set the stage for an unbelievable stay while I was healing from a minor operation. The staff, food, attention to detail, massages and overall ambiance were amazing. Every request or inquiry was handled with care, compassion and desire to help. This hotel has made both visits to Pokhara memorable and I look forward to coming back here many more times in my visits back. Thank you and two big thumbs up!

A special mention to Bindiyan, who welcomed me so warmly—she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The place was very clean and well maintained. While Nepalese bathrooms can be inconvenient—like not being able to flush toilet paper—the staff’s efforts kept everything so comfortable that it really wasn’t an issue. The room was wonderful, with a view of Machapuchare right from the bathroom.
