We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel exceeded all our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, the room was very comfortable. The location was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I’ve stayed here for a few days at a time during the past few years and enjoyed my experience every time. Along with the excellent service and friendly receptionists at the Car Royal Apartments, staying at these apartments rather than at a traditional hotel allowed me to enjoy a very “local” experience in Novi Sad and to catch a glimpse of daily life in this fascinating city. The apartments are well-furnished with a comfortable bed and fresh linens, desk and chair, TV, multi-functional shower with different settings, and the AC is sufficient for the big heatwaves that commonly affect Europe during the warmer months. The apartments also have skylight windows that can fully open to get fresh air and provide a great rooftop view of the streets below. As thunderstorms are often prevalent in Serbia (at least when I’ve visited these past few summers), the windows provide solid protection from potential storm conditions, including strong rain, hail, and lightning during the more intense weather (often occuring in the evening and overnight). Car Royal Apartments is also located near many local grocery stores and supermarket chains like Idea and Maxi, so it is convenient to just walk a few blocks and get food to bring back to your room (mini fridge also included). Novi Sad (and Serbia in general) become easier to navigate with time, but during my first visit I was very grateful to be warmly welcomed by Car Royal apartments and receive some helpful info on how to navigate the city and other useful things to know as a new tourist to Serbia. I would highly recommend these apartments for new and experienced travelers alike.

We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Great facilities and very friendly staff. The gym is well equipped and the SPA center is really great. There are two types of Sauna, one steam bath, a salt relaxation room and a nice jacuzzi. We also booked some massage (which was not included of course) and liked it. Breakfast is really great and the food is tasty. The hotel is pet-friendly for smaller animals and there is no additional fee to pay. Our room was on the third floor and there was enough space, it was also well equipped. Very comfortable bed. We will definitely come again when visiting Novi Sad, it was great!

Unbelievably hospitable and welcoming crew at the reception. The accuracy of service and generosity with providing information and help was beyond my expectations. They have been proactive to reach out trice to me to learn about my arrival details. They provided the room earlier and were flexible with me to stay a bit longer than usual. Upon calling for a taxi to drop me at the train station, the crew walked all the way with me to bid me farewell… really genuine and caring. Location is just amazing on the Main Street of city centre. Rooms are specious and had a small living room which was a plus. Overall great value

We had a great experience at Bane’s place. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the cold beverages in the fridge and the snacks and crackers waiting for us on arrival. Bane was a fantastic host - friendly, respectful, and very easy to communicate with. The location could not have been better, as the apartment is literally right on the main pedestrian street, making it perfect for exploring the city. Another big advantage was the dedicated parking spot, which made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to others and would happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect, comfortable and clean

We liked everything about this place but location was absolutely perfect!! In the center of the city, near to everything. As for the apartment, it was great as well, we stayed with a baby and had all the amenities needed, kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We were only missing an iron but it was provided to us the same minute we asked!! Hosts are super kind and friendly!! There is a cute balcony as well to enjoy your morning coffee. Also, there is a garage for the car which we really appreciated. Very recommended and we will be back!

Everything! Location, service, staff, beautiful place in center of Novi Sad, but rooms are in very peaceful and quiet place!

Really cosy and quiet place right near Old City. This is an apartment with private yard shared only with second apartment and host's house. Host is very friendly and receptive. Living room can accomodate 5-6 guests. Also there's taxi parking spot in literally 50 meters so you can get anywhere in comfort.
