Excellent hotel for sure!! Very nice & kind staff at the reception ~! Check in was simply & didn’t lose any time~ this time I came at 14:00 or 2pm & was checked in right away! The Thai girl was one of my fav because we had a very good conversation together! Then breakfast was always full of delicious food to choose from then it snowed on Monday 10 Nov when I woke up~! Such a lovely phenomenon to see in this calm town!

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was very good. The hotel had a nice lobby area.

I loved that the hotel was on top of the hill. Perfect view of the city and river. I loved all the accommodations and I didn’t even get to use the spa because we arrived too late and couldn’t stay the next day! This is a perfect location if you’re going to stay a few days. The surrounding area is amazing! Great trails nearby. There is this amazing cycling course, and there’s even cool things to do like bowling and this really cool tree top obstacle course in the air.

The hotel is beautiful inside and out, and in the perfect location to explore downtown Sundsvall. The terrace of the attached restaurant Bishop's Arms was a great place to spend a hot lazy Sunday afternoon.

Elias and every employee was more than kind and helpful. I had the best meal I’ve had since visiting Sweden at the rooftop restaurant.

The staff are very friendly and the location is great.

Street parking is easy to find around the hotel. Overnight parking is allowed, and you can leave your car parked until 11:00 AM the next day. During the day, the maximum parking time is 3 hours. Paid parking is in effect from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays. Be aware that some streets have parking restrictions between midnight and 7:00 AM on specific days for street cleaning. The affected day is indicated on the parking signs, so be sure to check them carefully. Parking rules may vary depending on the exact location, and verifying the posted signs can help you avoid parking fines.
