The room has a good design and is very clean

The location is close to the beach, restaurants and shops. There's a cozy swimming pool (and water temperature is warm enough). The breakfast is tasty and there's even an option to have it in the room. Stuff is always helpful. The view from the room is gorgeous.

I have stayed many times over the years and I have been always very happy with this hotel. Many excellent restaurant around .Both swimming pool are very clean the view is amazing and bed comfortable. Good parking.and excellent staff. I would like to thanks the manager Mr Visuddisin and his technical team for theire kind help..Thank you!

Everything about this property is good. Beach is accessible, facilities are top notch and staff is super friendly. I have stayed here earlier and keep coming back here because of the excellent services and overall value

Quiet street. Relaxing hotel. Lovely staff. Excellent, new renovation. A few minutes walk to a busy retail street with everything you might need. Been staying here on and off for 15 years, and really like the location.

From the moment we entered the lobby we knew our stay would be amazing. Even though pier is right next to the house our host Noon picked us up and helped with everything we needed. We stayed in the room with the sea view and it was totally worth it. The sleeping area, bathroom, view and breakfast were all so nice 😁 It is a bit far from beaches but bike rental is available so it wasn’t a problem for us.

Each time I come to Pattaya I stay here and it feels like I'm staying with family.

Three nights stay by the end of January. Offered an upgrade to an upper stair suite with pool view through palm trees. Quiet among a forest of trees. Comfortable bed, spacious room and nice balcony overlooking the pool. Pool is kept clean and never crowded. Right on Dongtan beach in a quieter area not swarmed by bars, shops and restaurants. Relatively less road traffic without the route of songtheows which commute to Pattaya Beach and Walking Street. Front desk staff especially the manager very helpful and courteous. Included buffet breakfast is sumptuous. French bakery with ice cream and a restaurant also at the front. We rented the beach chairs with shady umbrellas across right on the beach for two days. Ordered drinks and lunch there. Also had a massage on the beach. Very nice sunset. Had dinner at the restaurant. Nice food with quiet relaxing atmosphere. Complimentary ride to the bus terminal nearby to catch a/c bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport .

Good value for money 💰 and the night market is just opposite of the hotel.amazing staff and the beach 🏖️ is about 10-15minutes walk.

Location was great for local food or bars. Excellent reception and cleaning staff.

Convenient parking One floor with 2bedrooms simple and comfortable. Pet friendly Kids/Family friendly Clean and tidy my family loves this place.
