I stayed at Sun Beach Hotel for two nights with an all-inclusive booking. Unfortunately, the hotel was far below my expectations and felt more like a one- or two-star hotel in terms of quality. I booked a room with a double bed, but I was given two single beds instead. Wi-Fi was not free, which is unacceptable for an all-inclusive hotel nowadays. There were also no pool or beach towels, and no drinks available at the beach—not even water. The food quality was very poor, and many drinks were charged extra despite the all-inclusive package. For the same price, I highly recommend staying at Side Su Hotel, which is only about 100 meters away. The quality, food, service, and overall experience there are significantly better. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

It was very clean, the food was amazing, it was very homelike and comfortable inside the hotel. I enjoyed evenings after dinner in the hotel garden. Stuff is very helpful, attentive, caring. They are team and do everything for your pleasant stay.

We stayed for 5 nights, had an amazing time the place is very calm and relaxing, the food and drinks were good with a variety of options to choose from, I would like to highlight that the staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful from the beginning until the end of our stay. What was amazing: - food, large selection (still have pig meet); - sweets were really good (usually in Turkey beautiful sweets, but don’t delicious); - every time free sun-beds near the pool; - staff, working quickly and they all know English (only with 1 waiter we had accident, a manager of hotel fixed problem and help, after that accident I didn’t see this waiter); - hotel likes cats (I founded one cat, whom I carried food all the time); - cocktails good (if compare with standart 5 stars hotel in Turkey). There are no young people, only pre-retirement and retirement age. NO NOISE FROM CHILDREN, every time quite ! It is incredibly nice.
