The view from my room on the 16th floor was fantastic The beds are comfy Staff is very good, smooth check-in The location is good Facilities are good

Staff, view to the city, location

Location wise I liked how easy it was to get to and from the expressway. Breakfast was very good, maybe a bit overpriced but enjoyable nonetheless.

The rooms were beautiful. And the staff was friendly.

The welcoming is always nice and warm to be there .

Everything even though it’s a bit pricey.

We had an amazing stay here! I brought my kids for a one-night staycation before school starts, and everything was excellent from beginning to end. The room was clean and cozy, and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Miss Andrea at check-in went above and beyond — her hospitality truly made us feel welcome and cared for. We’ll definitely be coming back again soon!

This will be the only hotel I stay at in Dallas from now on. 5 stars all the way across the board. There was so much to do we didn't even want to leave the hotel.

The location and the restaurant around it

Close to Love Field, and thankful for the shuttle. Entire staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Maddison at reception was outstanding and helped with everything from restaurant suggestions to additional services. I would rate this hotel 11 out of 10 if I could.

Firstly it's location. Very convenient. The hotel was extremely clean and so was the bedroom and bathroom. The amenities provided in the bathroom were really nice. As for the staff, extremely friendly and very polite and helpful.

Loved the minimal yet great environment. Everything was clean, organized, staff were extremely nice and respectful. It’s a great spot if you don’t need the aesthetic (although it is still a really nice hotel in the lobby and room) would definitely recommend!

More drink selection would be nice

I liked the location which was in walking distance to the main attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

When you get there , the space very remarkable, the reception very polite and kind , we really enjoy our receptionist, I forget her name but she was great and very professional.

I had a wonderfulbtome here. Everyone is amazing. And I never had any problem out of the staff i feel as biggest this hotel is you guts can have a better pool.
