The staff are very understanding people. They will work with you if need be. I thought my room was paid for till the 5th but it wasn't. Instead of them making me check out they work with me till l took care of it. They where very understanding. Not one time where they rude to me or gave me a time limit to have it taken care of. With in 2 hours it's was taken care of. This is where I will be staying at every time I come to Elkhart. I will never ever stay at the Red Roof In, nor will I recommend anyone stay there.

The room was nice and clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was served after we had to leave for our events so Not sure how that is. Would definitely stay again.
