The hotel is very nice and clean!

Everything! Our family loves this resort from the style, comfort, amenities, amazing staff, and of course the Oasis waterpark. We eat at the Lobby Grill predominantly because of the great quality of food & service. This also allows us to maximize our time at the waterpark and pools/spas before dinner.

The facility and the rooms were awesome, me and my spouse both liked the club upstairs and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Comfortable, friendly and accommodating staff. We only stayed overnight because we were going to visit different places but we will definitely book again!

This is a decent airport hotel, and also not a bad place to stay if you're just visiting phoenix as we were. The room was well appointed and modern, with a comfy bed. I've stayed here more than once!

The room space was great, comfortable and clean as well! And in top of all comfortableness of the room the big plus that to be honest I was not expecting was that they offer a Free kickback supper at 5:30pm.

The doors closed we'll The TV had no Crack It wasn't dirty But the last one the same day was filthy.

The staff was nice and really really helpful April really treated ME like a friend not a customer

We did not have breakfast at the hotel. We actually ate at our favorite breakfast restaurant in downtown Phoenix 🐦‍🔥

View location…everyone in the building was super kind. Valet, desk…people in the elevator.

Comfortable room and bed! The view from the corner suite was amazing and the bathtub was Devine ! Access to the club floor was great for breakfast and snacks during the day and into the evening! Great staff, friendly and helpful!

Very large and comfortable room, fully equipped for any need. The whole place is new and clean. A nice swimming pool and Gym.

It was clean and decent for the price. It was surprisingly quiet at night given it's in a sketchy neighborhood but it helped that the facility is gated and one can only gain access to the hotel parking lot other than with a room key. It was overall a decent stay.
