It was nice and comfortable… great facilities bathroom was clean air conditioning work perfectly

Big room and I was put away from the elevator as requested. A cat and a family of raccoons came to look at guests through the glass door during breakfast. So cute and started my day off with a smile.

I highly recommend this hotel and give it 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ reviews. This hotel is brand new. The hotel is located in an industrial area near the plants in the Sulphur/Lake Charles, LA Area. It is approximately. 5 mins from Phillips 66 Plant. Within a 1-2 minute drive, you will arrive in the central area of Sulpur, LA for shopping and restaurants. Walmart, Walgreens, Chain restaurants to local restaurants. The hotel does not have a sign. If you are not paying attention, you will pass it up. It is a 2 story building. No elevator. Stairs Only. I am Handicap and disabled, so I was able to request a 1st floor room while booking online the week prior to trip. I truly was skeptical about the pics online vs. what we would find when we arrived. The rooms were better in person! I wish that I had taken photos. However it was cold and rainy during our stay and I had just been released from hospital and was not very mobile and well enough to do so. The nightly rate was $60 plus tax. All hotels in the area were starting at $110. There was a run down motel call Palms Relax Inn across the street with rates starting at $85 a night and probably comes with free bed bugs & a couple of the town's meth addicts. Our room had 2 queen beds. Full-size fridge. Stove-top had 2 burners. No oven. Microwave. Sink. Coffee pot. Bathtub with shower. The entryway area in the kitchen was laminated wood floors. The bedroom area had carpets. Desk with chair. TV has free Roku live channels and Tubi. If you want to watch premium channels such as Netflix, Prime, etc.; you will need to sign into the accounts with your personal account information and remove info from TV when you check out. The room was extremely clean. Comfortable beds. White comforters and sheets. We asked for extra pillows and towels at check-in, and we received them as requested. There is a wooden cabinet with shelving for clothing and items. It includes a steel bar for hanging clothes.
