The location is about a 20-30 min walk from the centre, but we knew this and we booked this on purpose, as I had read that Oslo city centre can be quite noisy in the evenings especially at the weekends and as our trip was over a Thursday / Friday / Saturday night stay, this is the reason we opted for this hotel. If you don't want to walk, there is a very good tram system to use to get around. The hotel was good, had a nice boutique feel to it and the breakfast was excellent with a large selection of very good quality items!

Breakfast is very nice, lots of choices. A variety of eggs (poached, fried, etc.). A variety of yoghurts and fruits. Location is very close to a metro station. The room is nice and modern. They provide streaming to the television and good quality TV channels.

The location of the hotel is superb, with beautiful views of Oslo and the fjord and surrounded by countryside. It's about 35 minutes on a local train to the city centre. The interior of the hotel is spectacular too. The modern part is built into the rock behind. The older section was a 19th century sanatorium. My room was spacious and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and good.

Very well sized, well supplied and exceptionally clean room. Very good combination of modern furnishings and a classic building. Excellent city center location.

Clean spacious modern room and a superb breakfast. Hotel is in a great location only 10 minutes from the city centre and railway station.

The location and facilities were excellent. I booked a deluxe room and it exceeded expectations - spacious, comfortable and with an amazing view. The icing on the cake was the buffet breakfast - quite simply the best I've ever come across. The range and quality was fantastic!

Very varied breakfast and stylish restaurant. Convenient location. 5 minutes to the city center on foot. There is a huge shopping center 100 meters from the hotel.
