Glamping Sites in Hoedspruit

All my expectations were met, the place is so beautiful and peaceful. I give them 100/100.

The staff, facilities, food and drink were fantastic. The game drives were a lot of fun, and animals were visible right from the lux property.

A very nice manor owned by Trevor Jordon opened up for guests to experience the private game reserves of Khaya Ndlovo and Lakeview. The interior design is very interesting with lot of African art, books and personal items of the owner. Great morning and afternoon game drives each 3,5 hours. The food was great. Be sure to experience one of their BBQ nights. We stayed inside the main building which offered the nicest rooms in our opinion.

The place in itself is magical. The rooms are so comfortable and the staff is so accommodating and caring. It really felt like such an incredible Luxury experience at such an affordable price. Besides their work support incredible community led conservation and education work.

The staff was amazing - can’t say enough about the team there. Ngonthe, Kayla, Jeffrey, Blair, Lenah, Pelon were all super friendly and helpful. Truly made it a special experience.

Pictures of the Bungalow did not do it justice. It was Perfect. We loved everything about the place. Staff's attention to detail. A very Intimate place catering to once's individual needs. Food was great

Beautiful peaceful location very close to Orpen Gate for quick and easy access to Kruger NP. The staff were so kind and accommodating, it was wonderful to support such a good organization.

The setup was great, clean and organised.

We stayed at the Little Africa Safari Lodge as part of a 10 day exploration of Kruger and the greater Kruger area. This place stood out in that being a boutique size meant that we received great service in a relaxed setting. We saw all of the top five and often at very close proximity. We also saw two bonus cheetahs. At night you could hear lions roaring near by during the full moon. The food was delicious and plentiful. The pool was refreshing on a hot day. The bed was very, very comfortable and the glamping tent has all that you need. Would stay again and recommend to others.

The staff at Chisomo Safari Camp was exceptional. They were extremely accommodating to our group. Some examples - There was a safari ride set up for us on the afternoon we arrived. We arrived at 3:00 and we were off looking for the “big 5” at 3:30PM. - The Manager Thabo offered to have lunch available for us when we arrived from our drive up from Johannesburg - On our last day, we had an early departure scheduled and Thabo accommodated us by having a full hot breakfast available much to our surprise. - We had several in our group that had dietary restrictions. The kitchen staff made sure that breads and other items were specially prepared so they could enjoy their meals as well. - Our guide and tracker(Matthew and Forget) did an exceptional job. They answered all of our many questions about the birds and wildlife. They pointed out things that we would never have spotted on our own as we drove down the roads and in the bush. By the end of our stay, they were as much a part of our group as those of us that were guests. - The facilities are extremely well-maintained and enjoyable to stay at. - Donald, who would walk us back with his torch every night in the dark, made sure that he learned exactly which units we were each staying in after the first night. He went out of his way to talk to us about the animals on the property and his concern for our safety; as well as our return for a visit in the future.

I like everything about the property neat and clean.

The tents and buildings were wonderful and staff from foh to chefs guides and trackers incredible. The location was incredibly immersive and lots of animals came right into camp. We felt safe always.

Highly recommend this lodge! This is the perfect way to do a conveniently planned safari. The lodge is on a game reserve, surrounded by gates, all meals are included, game drives are twice a day. The rooms were clean & spacious, and the lodge area was nice to walk around or swim in the pool. All the food was amazing, the staff was super friendly. The chef cooked us 3 meals a day. Coffee in morning, game drive at 5:30-8:30am (depends on season/sunlight), breakfast, downtime until lunch around 1pm, afternoon/evening game drive at 4-7pm, dinner. We saw lots of animals, 4 out of the big 5, no leopard, but they have been sighted there many times!
