Wow, what a location! The view from up here down to the town and the river is stunning. The yurt was warm and comfortable even on a rainy cold evening. The lamas outside were fun to look at (and quiet), even when wet. I loved the little self-serve 24/7 store out front that provided healthy dinner items since it was a late arrival and the restaurants in town were closed. I liked that there was a small kitchen area with stove top and sink where you can do some real cooking.

The dinners were all excellent, thoroughly Swiss and thoroughly delicious. By far the tastiest food our 16-day, 5-town stay. My wife has some dietary restrictions that I didn't think much about ahead of time, but the Dietrichs were very accommodating. The family at the farm were all very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great food options, for what was a beach front swimming and camping spot. Nice vibe. Very local feel, lots of kids. Lake was lovely. Had a wonderful foot massage, better than I imagined, as a first time.
