Decent numbers of activities during summer time and they were really fun. The scheduled shuttle bus connects all the activities around the resort and makes the transition really convenient. The Georgian restaurant inside the resort makes genuine Georgian meals and the Kebabs are really good.

The cabin is great, very cool to be able to stay in the canyon. We were able to explore at sunrise by ourselves, before the crowds arrived. Breakfast was good.

This was one of our favorite stays in Kazakhstan. From booking, staff was excellent with communication. Elena messaged us the day we were due to arrive, welcomed us once we did, and ensured all of our needs were met for the duration of our two day stay. All of the staff went above and beyond, from showing us around, cooking us awesome meals, and keeping us warmed by the fire pit at night. We stayed in a yurt, and it was so comfortable and well-decorated. There were many pillows and blankets, air conditioning, comfy bean bags, plugs, and the beds were great. They provided towels as well, and their bathroom and shower facilties looked brand new. They had chairs outside of all the stays, which was great for relaxing and socializing. And when I say these folks went above and beyond, I mean it. They gave us excellent advice for visiting Altyn Emel, walking us through how to get to each place and recommendations. They also helped another couple, who unfortunately got two flats while in the park. We could not recommend this place more. Great service, people, and location.
