Sudha is the most hospitable host and it was a pleasure to stay here. The location is great—right next to the train station off the main tourist street. The route for Ella Rock starts here. And the way to the 9-arches bridge is also an easy walk from here. I also greatly appreciated the arrangement of a scooter and driver for a day excursion to Diyaluma. Also, the cooking class is highly recommended—and delicious! This has definitely been the loveliest stay in Sri Lanka so far!

Amazing location! Easy walking distance to go to Little Adam’s for sunrise and also easy access to go to 9 arches bridge for beautiful early morning lighting and no crowds. The food here was wonderful and really friendly and kind owners!

Our stay here was definitely one we will never forget! As soon as we arrived we felt so welcomed by the host and his whole family, they were all incredibly generous with their space and super helpful. The eco lodge is in the most magical location, on the side of the mountain away from any hustle bustle, truly connected to nature. Waking up to the sunrise was unforgettable and a highlight of our whole time in Sri Lanka. The breakfast was delicious and generous, and we ate dinner with the volunteers and other guests too. So many lovely conversations and connections. Wish we could have stayed here longer!!
