The location of the camping is outstanding. The cabin was cozy and spacy and we were lucky to be very close to the toilet and kitchen facilities and were able to park our car right next to the cabin. The common areas were tidy and clean and so was our cabin. We were traveling on a low budget so we were ok with the standards provided. The town is in walking distance, nice Stave church and good supermarket.

We stayed in a yurt for two nights. The interior was extremely cosy and everything was lovingly decorated. Unfortunately there was a lot of rain during our stay so we could not do too many activities outside. Instead we taught the kids how to make a fire, we had excellent camp meals and at night cuddled in the (heated) yurts with our fluffy blankets. Pancake breakfast was an extraordinary experience in the little café, especially for the children. Overall highly recommended.
