I have travelled to over 100 countries and tend to stay in 5 star accomodation. This is now my favourite hotel in the world! The whole place is so tastefully designed and the rooms are enormous and super cool. It only has 10 rooms and the wonderful staff are so attentive. They felt like friends and looked after us so well. All rooms and the main terrace look over the Zambezi. It sits within the national park and game drives and sunset cruises (on their fantastic boat with wonderful bar) are inclusive. As is all food and drink, and they have high quality wines available in the room and at the restaurant.

My stay at Victoria Falls River Lodge – Zambezi Crescent was absolutely incredible. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was outstanding, and the staff truly made the experience unforgettable. Everyone—from the chef to the grounds staff—was warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring a top-tier experience. The rooms have a beautiful rustic exterior while offering modern comfort inside. The property itself is stunning, and I found it worth every penny. My tour guide, Mike, was hospitable and thoughtful, making every excursion even more enjoyable. The woman who handled laundry and ironing went above and beyond—her attention to detail was truly appreciated. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to add more lighting around the property, but that’s a minor note in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this lodge—10/10! A fantastic experience all around.

I like the laid back atmosphere. The host was a very nice guy once you got to know him.

We didnt just like everything we loved the place. From the minute you arrive until you leave (which is super sad). They do everything right. The staff is amazing as well as everything else.
