The staff were exceptional; everyone I dealt with were friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was very nice with several options of excellent quality to choose from. I was on a golf outing and the Golf Club D'Hossegor is less than 100m down the street so the location was perfect.

Very nice hotel that was recently redecorated. It has a really nice atmosphere. Great value for money. Short walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Super nice staff who were very helpfull when we had to extend our stay when we had car problems. I'll definitely book this hotel again when (not if) I go back to Biarritz again. Biarritz has a great vibe, it doesn't matter what kind of weather it is, the ocean, watching the surfers, the food, it's all fantastic.
