Lovely hotel, our room was massive, very clean and comfortable, it was a quick one night stopover, but could have stayed longer. We had dinner when we arrived which was very nice, breakfast was also very nice. Lovely golf course views.

I absolutely loved everything about this place set in beautiful grounds surrounded by golf course! Building its self was beautiful!!! Rooms were huge!! Bathroom was to die for!! Everything perfectly clean and all the staff were an lovely!!

Had an amazing stay, the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was huge, linen and towels are clean and fresh, kettle with tea,coffee,hot chocolate and biscuits. Standing fan provided, desk and a coffee table with chair by the window facing the golf course. The bathroom was fairly big too, nice and clean, had a view into the woodlands which was great. The food is incredible, we both ordered the soup starter, the beef dinner and it was amazing, definitely cooked to perfection. Desserts are to die for. 100% returning in the future.

Beautiful location, golf course great for those who play golf. Would be nice to have a dedicated aged walk around the grounds- much of the tracks were very muddy or full of debris.

Easy to get to from the motorway. Set in lovely grounds around a golf course. Comfortable bar area. Room was clean and spacious. Had a sandwich in the bar which was lovely - didn’t eat in the restaurant as we had a meal at Dario’s which was lovely. The staff there were helpful and very accommodating. Hotel staff very polite, cheerful and happy to help. Lovely stay

the Hotel is very good and comfortable. Former Mansion with extensive grounds which have now been turned into a Golf Course. yes for the Golfers among us its heaven. You can literally roll out of bed and on to the Golf Course.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very charming with characterful period rooms and well maintained. I love the bar area with views through the massive Georgian windows onto the rolling golf course. The beds are very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Our 7 and 9 year old sons love the comfy beds and really enjoyed the children's menu in the restaurant.
