The staff is very friendly. I stayed with my brother for the La Stelvio Santini cycling event and they did everything to support us (and the other guests). The day of the event breakfast was served extra early. The hotel also has a very nice bike storage, which is used for skying gear during the winter. Rooms were nice (wonderful view), spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel is on walking distance from the center and has private parking. I would highly recommend the hotel to families and friends visiting Bormio.

Maria was friendly and helpful and gave me some good restaurant recommendations. The room was nice, clean and had a good view. Location was a quick walk to everything I needed and parking was easy. The laundry facilities were pretty new and worked well.
