Very nice hotel, in a golf resort

Beautiful hotel with great outlook. Loved having the onsen in-house. Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Room had a great view of the golf course, and the restaurant had a fantastic view of mountains. . Good location for ease of access to tourist attractions

This is a beautiful building in an amazing location. The staff are simply amazing and are always happy to help with any requests and are very patient and understanding. The breakfast was excellent with many different choices and plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. The views of the golf course and mountains are spectacular. Although we didn't get to play the course because of golden week, we would love to play a round next time we are in town.

Wonderful hotel. Has the old castle feel. Big rooms, our rooms overlooked the golf course and onto the mountains. Very comfortable beds, has natural hot springs baths, will stay here again. I recommend this hotel as it exceeded my expectations.

Everything was perfekt. I love the room because of the beautiful view to golf course. Breakfast was absolutly delicious. The Onsen was lovely

We loved the onsen which wasn’t too busy. Room was large for Japan hotel standards. View of the golf course was lovely and beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent, catering to both western and Japanese food and was extensive — the best breakfast buffet we had on our trip.

A beautiful hotel. Courtesy coach available for transfer from Odawara station and t visit the lake and all the amazing activities. Stunning scenery. Staff excellent and extremely polite. Buffet breakfast has amazing variety (both Asian and Western. Room overlooks beautiful and busy golf course.
