Although the photos don’t really do this place justice, even during peak tourist season the resort felt surprisingly comfortable. The apartments are very spacious, and with three pools and roomy common areas, it never felt crowded. There is also a water park, which is a fantastic attraction for kids. Our children absolutely loved it — and we did too. A tip for families: you can buy groceries at ALDI, and don’t forget marshmallows for making s’mores!

Your staff was exceptional! In previous years, I have stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Naples and the Four Seasons in Orlando but your staff went above and beyond to accommodate my family. We enjoyed your delicious room service daily served by polite staff members, we had a blast utilizing your beautiful pool cabanas with extraordinary service, and we spent our Thanksgiving dinner at the Bull & Bear restaurant that provided us with an extraordinary dining experience. Please keep up the excellent work! We will be back because your customer service is the best by far. Last but not least, I have to mention the incredible concierge team at your hotel.
